As per our policy, employers don’t have access to change the username; however if there is a necessity to change it then you are advised to contact Pioneer

Click on ‘My Account’ which comes under ‘My Workspace’, and then you will see your ‘Account information’ under which you have ‘Password’. Click on Password and then fill in your old password, new password and confirm the new password again and then save changes.

You can contact a confidential CV via email through our Secure option that is available at the bottom of the CV. In urgent cases where you need to contact a candidate immediately; please contact the Pioneer Human Resources and Recruitment support team available in your area and provide them with the CV reference/s so they can themselves initiate contact with those candidates and provide you the details upon the candidate/s approval.

Employers can contact you via the Secure Email Option. You will receive an email to your registered email address from the employer in this case.

Please note that in your workspace, there is a ‘Secure contacts’ link (next to ‘Searches’). When you click on the link, a job opening will be displayed for which the employer has short listed you. You can click on the job title to view the profile and apply directly using your Pioneer Human Resources and Recruitment CV if the vacancy interests you.
